I am a double board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years of clinical experience. I have also served as a professor at the College of New Rochelle in New York.
My academic background includes undergraduate training at New York University and master’s degrees from George Washington University and Pace University.
In addition, I completed advanced specialty training in women’s mental health, perinatal and reproductive psychiatry, as well as completing a fellowship in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
My practice combines strong diagnostic skills and evidence-based treatments with a personalized, collaborative approach.

He provides assistance in my practice by demonstrating a variety of essential life skills.
His specialties include: advocating for your needs, setting boundaries and self acceptance.
He strongly recommends making time for play, rest and self care.
Winter makes appearances from time to time during appointments on a consultive basis.
