Does Spring have an impact on your mental health?

Updated: Nov 6, 2023

The sunshine and slightly longer days can help with mood, however sometimes the change in our bodies circadian rhythm can wreak havoc on our mental health stability. The change in schedule ie being outdoors more during free time is healthier, but it does take some time for our minds and bodies to adjust. Steps to take to rebalance Self care and accepting yourself as you are with this change of season adjusting at your own pace is important. Sometimes medication is needed to help rebalance. We can discuss if this option makes sense for you and decide together what the right treatment looks like.
